They are lost at what to do but the wise ones invest in other people's businesses while they are at work if they don't have a nerve to start one of their own, they fall back on those investments in addition to their severance package. In all, it's better to have your own business, gives you the opportunity to 'blow'...you can make in 4 years what it took someone working for others to make in 30 years. Nice conversation bro.
