The problem with this man is just greed and love for power, no more no less. While other countries are putting their best talents in position of leadership we are busy recircling those who are a stubling block towards the development of the country. Those who do not know anything about leadership are forcing themselves on us.

First and foremost, every leader must take responsibility for ANYTHING that fails in the led organisation. This is fair enough because I didn't appoint those he chooses to lead the institution that failed and I have never told him not to replace them. He has decided to deny their stewardship just because they did not succeed in their primary responsibility. Suppose crime rate has been low and the police has performed excellently well, will the president disown them ? For Christ sake this people were taking instructions from this man, they couldn't have done otherwise.

The funniest one is fighting corruption. I stand to be challenged. Nobody is fighting any corruption in Nigeria. In more serious climes fighting corruption is a real big deal and it is more about putting together well taught out preventive control where possible. Most times it takes a lot of hardwork, intelligence, systems, knowledge and a lot more. When you allow people to steal your properties because you failed to protect such properties and you are now asking one EFCC that is manned with a set of people who do not have the capacity and knowledge to fight crimes and even if they do, they are not adequately empowered, then I am sorry sir, you are indeed doing something other than fighting corruption. Nigerians, we need to wake up leadership is a lot of work. The only reason why everybody is fighting hard to lead Nigerians is the perks and power of the office besides no ACCOUNTABILITY.
