I don't think so. Besides Ijaiye and Bariga, I have folks living in most of the areas. Having also stayed in both Egbeda, Ikotun and Igando, his estimate is quite true. It's about what you want and location cos some people living in Abaranje/Okerube claim they stay in Ikotun, same with those living in Ijegemo (part of Ijegun) and houses are way cheap there.

Pls for someone that works around Ilupeju byepass and is new to Lagos...where can such person gets a room self contain of total package of 150k to 170k max...in a place that is safe am not far from ilupeju

Dopemu area is also not a bad idea. You can get a very decent 2 bedroom flat within the range of 350 to 400K

This is the not-funniest joke I'd be seeing on the internet today. Anybody that resides in Lagos knows these figures are absolutely off and misleading. You could have conducted ample research. Even a desk research on Property Pro would have given you a better insight.

He is correct na. You can see as low as 160k for 2 bedroom at Egan and 200k for 3 bedroom

That should be Imota, close to Ijebu Ode or inside under developed areas. The cheapest for 2bedrm flat in Ikorodu is #300k. Do your findings correctly!
