To Me, There Should Be Legislation To Keep The Number Of Marriage To 1:1 Ratio. Why Will A Man Marry 4 Or 5 Wives Like Ned Nwoko? Lets Assume Each Wife Give Birth 4 Children, He Will Have 16 Or 20 Children. Now If There Is Outbreak Of Ebola For Example, Govt Will Plan To Get 16 Or 20 Children Plus Parents Treated, Instead Of 4 Children Plus The Parents. Lets Look @ Eduction, Instead Of Training 4 Children In School Per Home, Govt Will Plan For Education Of 16 To 20 Per Family. Therefore, Africa Will Continue To Depend On UNICEF And UNESSCO For Education. Again, Corruption. Africa Is So Endowed With Natural Resourses But We Are Not Prudent In Spending. I also think with industrialization, we as Citizens should do our part by patronizing locally/Made in Africa goods and reduce the strong taste for foreign goods to ensure we develop our own and boost our economies...... Where as our Governments should also do their part to industrialize our Continent.

To Discourage Taste For Foreign Goods, MAN, SON All The Govt Agencies Responsible For Standard Regulation Of Goods Should Adopt A Standard/quality That Can Be At Par With That Of America/Britain In African Soil. If It Is Electronics, Instead Of Importing Finished Goods, Govt Should Bring In Experts From Those Manufacturing Companies To Come And Establish It In Africa. Govt Should Also Provide Infrastructures. Eg, Industrial Parks In Each Region Of Africa. If Every Country Of Africa Should Have A Product Line It Has Comparative Advantage On And Concentrate In Production Of It, We Will Excel.
