The strong wind of 2019 rainy season seems bent on blowing off the holy veils covering evil pastors in Nigeria. Just last week, Pastor Abiodun Fatoyinbo of COZA appeared in the people’s court over the alleged crime of sexual misconduct that the celebrated musician Timi Dakola accused him of. While the case is still ongoing, yet another pastor who can’t keep his device in his pants is brought to face not only the people’s court but also that of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP).

Operatives of NAPTIP arrested 48-year old David Onyekachukwu, pastor of the Mountain of Fire and Miracle Church, FCT Abuja, Gwarinpa branch yesterday for allegedly sexually molesting and impregnating a 16-year-old orphan he took in under his protection. Here is the press statement about the case:

“The suspect, David Onyekachukwu, from Nsukka, South East part of the country, was said to have volunteered to provide shelter and also conduct deliverance on the girl after she was accused of witchcraft, but thereafter took advantage of the vulnerability of the innocent girl and devoured her sexually, repeatedly”
