China's Labour is very cheap. Labour is a critical issue. US just dey shout. Their multi trillion dollar economy is so because they leverage on China labour. He keeps saying America first. How many Americans can even work on $10 a day? By the way, this war is not about Huawei. It's really about the 5g technology. Huawei just completed a successful test in the UK. America no even get draft plan for it. It's believed whoever controls 5g would control the future of information access.

All it would take is for Samsung to tag with Huawei on the Aptoide matter and things could change. Right now, they are all watching each others back. Interesting times ahead. But no Mobile OS came to rival the iOS besides blackberry (also a closed OS). Google offered the only open source alternative then.

They (google) still don't force themselves on OEMs now though. They (OEMs) can still opt for tizen, Sailfish and other fringe Mobile OSs. I suspect they know those wouldn't sell. But if they must challenge google they must take the leap.

Tech fight like this alway bring about options and new innovations as nothing last forever, you could remeber Java, symbian, windows, now we have Apple and Android as the major ones but trust me competition like this brings room for better alternatives in next decade there might definitly be nothing like Android and Apple anymore, US is only jealous about the rate at which China products are growing in the world market

Seems you don't know some people are not social media freaks.
You are making it sound as if Huawei won't survive. Do you remember BBM? Where are they now?
If Huawei launches their OS and it becomes successful, it might push other phone makers to develop theirs too and where would that leave Google's Android?
Technology has one thing in common with time, it changes.

This is just one side to the story. I do well to hear the Google side before drawing conclusions.
But as far as I know, Google should not be expected to endorse any app downloaded outside its play store. So if aptoide or whatever is another app download market, why should Google not flag it?
