Facebook is no longer allowing pre-installation of its apps on Huawei phones, the latest blow for the Chinese tech giant as it struggles to keep its business afloat in the face of a U.S. ban on its purchase of American parts and software.

China did not ban them because of made in China, where did you people get all this infomation from, they refused to play by chinese law by censoring some sensitive stuff such as extreem religion, extreem political stuff etc. The same thing China adviced them to do then that they refused is what google and facebook are doing codedly on the request of American congress.

It is funny that people assumed so much and they take it as fact, google was not even banned in china, they left because of disagreement with government over censorship, they pulled out of china twice.
The irony about the xinjiang province terrorist act was that chinese government had reported to facebook how some chinese uyghurs are being trained in Saudi arabia to commit terrorist act in China and facebook is the tools they were using to recruit them massively but they were turned down by facebook while american government hailed them as freedom fighters.

Facebook was operating in china untill 2009 when there was a religious motovated riot in china's Xinjiang province which facebook was used as a platform to promote terrorism in the name of freedom.
