We need someone who can use creative design skills to produce beautiful visual concepts for a variety of media platforms. The ideal person has an eye for clean and artful design.

Job description:
• Study design briefs to understand and determine requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Amend designs progressively based on feedback from reviews.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand for quick reviews.
• Combine graphic design with animation / video effects / editing to create visual concepts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
• Test graphics across various media channels as may be required.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on brand strategy and target-oriented.

Work conditions:
• Working hours: mainly 9 to 5 but deadlines may require additional hours.

Requirements
• A portfolio of previous work
• Proven competence in design software packages, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw. After Effects and Premiere Pro would give added advantage.
• Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects
• An understanding of the latest design trends and their role in a commercial environment
• Excellent organisational, time and project management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Teamwork skills because most projects require input from individuals with different roles
• Self-development skills to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends
