I have been hearing people saying i have gotten job from here and there.
Who has gotten a job from Schlumberger? Or is it that nobody in this forum is qualified to work there?
or are they failing their test and interviews?

I think they now prefer doing it in house since we hardly hear or see any advert yet we hear rumuours of them conducting tests. Here and there.

Hi fellow nairalanders,

I have attended two interviews there within the last one to two months. As a qualified accountant and a Financial Analyst, I was told that i would be given a role in the Accounts Payable unit and that the job is based in P/H.

I was interviewed by the Country Finance Manager who is an expatriate. Please can anyone in the house give me an authentic information about their entry level pay. I expect to hear from them before this month runs out.

Please i need genuine information about the pay and employment structure.

The issue is how did you get the invitation, we are all interested in how we too can apply. Please nairalanders when you post your " God has given me a Job" thing; include how you heard about the openning and applied, what you did for the test, what test or interview; how much they pay, just give us details on how others can apply to other companies and save us the wahala of mistakes and frustrations.

The bottom line is let us follow who no road!!!!

Point of correction, they are not doing it indoors,
just that they receive alot of applications whenever they advertise,
so subsequently they go through their database and shortlist fresh people.

why all this secrecy on nairaland?
does the next man getting a job affect you in any way, it is rather a blessing for you that the next man is better off because of you.
I've noticed the trend of people saying they've got 10 offers from many companies and want advice on which to choose but never want to tell the next nairalander how to apply.
