too much of everything is never good,we welcome change on our road but if its endangering our collective peace or progress we either review it or or it will be rejected openly

It's obviously going to be war era between the motorists and the Lastma officials....

You don't just create or enact laws recklessly without putting things in place.....

Lagos state roads are horrible, badagary expressway, Under bridge trade fair, iYanoba,APAPA, etal..

A sensitive government would first fix all roads, mark roads, place road signs so visible before law enactment....

Lastly, the penalties are so high.... Mistakes abound and paying as much as 100k is horrible
