How Can I Overcome This Dilemma by Dreamz77(m): 12:31pm On Jun 21, 2019
Doctors ,medics or anyone who may have had a similar experience should pls be very kind to refer a solution. Thanks
It all began on 1st january 2019 which was meant to be a stepping stone to higher grounds for me as I was about rounding up my nysc program.Till this very moment ,am still not sure of what I would say actually happened on that faithful night.I was in the village for Christmas as usual but am the indoor type so you would barely notice am even around.Am taking my time to detail this so you can understand the whole scope so as to be Unmitigated in your opinions as regards to the genesis of my problem or what could have caused it.
At around 3am or so I was still in a deep sleep on new year,Suddenly I felt a huge urge to sneeze and before I could get up to a posture the sneeze involuntarily came so heavily that I felt a sharp muscle pain from my neck to my upper right back muscles. Now that's what I felt.I normally have unending allergies too buh I haven't felt a shock like dis no matter weather the came from cold, dust or any of my allergy triggers. Now the problem.
I woke up the following morning and I noticed my breathing changed, sort of irregular and short.I was unbothered cause I believed I would be normal at most by evening but the situation was only progressive,my neck muscles were swollen and my chest began to tighten.i have Neva felt anything so close to death before,I was rushed to the hospital and I Was given some shots of injections which I believe were meant for calming asthmatic traumas.I actually felt a bit better and afterwords the doctor said I had Chronic bronchitis.Hmmm...i was like it can't be,i mean i work out tirelessly,i sprint and play football to d dusts ,I participate in the Barack's monthly route match which I know people was unsustainable for peeps with breathing problems.
In a nutshell, the Doctr was eloquent in stating that from now on I would have to be more careful and I should avoid stress and hard jobs and if my life wer atoll important to me I should cancel football too ..on hearing this...streams of tears rolled down my cheeks like a heartbroken little girl. The doctor was perplexed as to why a normal diagnosis would warrant such emotions and I didn't know what to say cause,Footbal is like a second religion to me.my number 1 talent,am 24 but I still had intentions to travel and give my career a better try. I accepted my plight in good faith, was given prednisolne,salbutamol,montral..it never ended at dat....
Fast tracking six months on,am done with my youth but have always been battling with my health,i can no longer stay in a room unless with Max ventilation. But I noticed in an open space I could still engage in sports and exercise.the issues are seemin more complicated because I have been to several hospitals and their diagnosis is either asthma or bronchitis.recently I could notice I had food particles always stocked in my throat after eating.the space between my oesyphagus and upper throat always contracts.like the opening closes more and more.some nights sleeping for me is hellish as am scared of suffocating in my sleep.my breaths seem to go off and I feel like screaming which I literally do sumtimes.othernights it may b bad I have to breathe through my mouth so I just forget about sleeping those nights.I have been to a specialist recently I was diagnosed of throat infection so am just recovering from chocked throat which I still feel like contractions periodically.(on antibiotics now dou)
Well..my breathing is still irregular dou my chest doesn't seem tight. But am wondering for how long will I continue this way cause I can't sustain work environment cause of my health which I believe comes first..pls I need a solution or suggestions from the nairafam and noble medics.thank you
