I am almost getting to 7ft. is there anything i can do to either loose the height or stop the growth |

i doubt if this is possible.but you can do a search on google for advice. In the meantime,eat less protein. Protein increases height. How old are you anyway? if you are a fully grown man, i dont think you will grow any taller than you already are,but if you are still undergoing puberty,then,chances are you might still grow taller. |

Some people are genetically predisposed to be tall. I would advice you to consult an Endocrinologist to make sure your endocrine organs which secrete all the hormones of the body( including growth stimulating hormone) are working normally. Good luck! |

Love what you have, and people will love YOU for YOU! We all have things we would rather do without though some are more conspicuous than others. If you can’t change it, accept it with love. Don’t think there is anything you can do to ‘loose height’, to stop growing tall…maybe. Its better you consult the specialists in that area. Good luck |
