Position: Drivers

Position Summary:
The position provides reliable and secure driving services to the project team. The incumbent will ensure proper use of vehicle and ensure day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle. The incumbent projects a professional company image through interaction, appearance and positive attitude.
Reporting & Supervision:
The position reports to the Administrative Assistants of their respective zones. The position regularly interacts with State/Zonal program implementation team, the logistics officer, and the HQ Administrative unit as well.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum relevant qualification from secondary academic institution. Valid Driver’s license. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
• Previous experience in conducting liaison work with government and international agencies and NGOs
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a driver; safe driving record; knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair.

Position Details.
Position: Senior Technical Advisor – PCT/ Clinical Services (Zonal Team Lead)

Position Summary:
Incumbent is the zonal team lead and will be responsible for coordinating staff program activities in meeting program objectives, drawing plans and overseeing the implementation of the TB/HIV prevention, care and Treatment service delivery in line with the GF NG&SOP, NAP and M&E national plans on TB/HIV prevention, care and Treatment in the 4 states of Imo, Enugu, Ebonyi and Abia states across the South East zone and in the States of Cross River, Bayelsa, Edo and Delta in the South-South zone.
Incumbent will be responsible for providing support in developing and managing health programs that maximize development results and impact, coordinating and managing the technical services essential to the functioning and effective implementation of all programmatic activities across the 4 states in either zones, ensure that the systems (people, policies, processes and tools) that are necessary to play those roles exist and are fully operational, Providing technical assistance to supported facilities in establishing protocols for HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment and other health services that are consistent with national guidelines.
Reporting & Supervision:
The position reports to the Deputy Project Director/ Technical Lead. The position has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Executive Director/ Program Management Lead. The position regularly interacts with leads of all program management units like Finance, HR, PSM. Laboratory and Admin as well.
Required Qualifications:
• Degree in Medicine, Public Health or a related field; or a Master’s degree or equivalent in public health or related fields
• At least 10 years’ post NYSC experience in developing country health care programs or program support function 4 years of which must be at a senior management level within an international NGO or agency
Desired Core Competencies:
• Knowledge of the policies, regulations, reporting formats, and cultures of principal donors, including the Global Fund, USAID, EC, DFID, CDC/PEPFAR, and others
• Extensive clinical experience in care and treatment of HIV/AIDS patients

The position provides technical support for multidisciplinary HIV/AIDS care and treatment, working with organization clinicians and health facility- based site teams to implement care and antiretroviral treatment services. The objective of this position is to strengthen the leadership and the capacity of the supported facilities in the coordination with all stakeholders to ensure access to quality medical care and ARV treatment for HIV patients, to support the integration of HIV services within the health sector and to strengthen the clinical components of Tuberculosis, Malaria and other diseases.

Position Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and support for implementation of community-based HIV service delivery and the supportive supervision of the OSS for KPs (FSW, MSM, TWG, PWIDs) in line with Global Fund (GF) TB-HIV Model. S/he will work as a member of the advisory team working with other staff members, Ministries of Health, and other key stakeholders on developing/updating guidelines and protocols for inclusion of community participation. This effort includes overseeing activities in the OSS, supporting the implementation of referral pathways and bi-directional referral systems between the national program and the KP led community-based initiatives. S/he will work in close collaboration with supported facilities to make sure animators (peer to peer outreach workers) supported by ECEWS are trained and have the requisite technical support to provide basic, but quality HIV care and treatment services to their clients. S/he will maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with key partners and stakeholders to strengthen community-based HIV counseling and testing services and referrals for care, treatment, and support services at the community and health facility levels. S/he will provide leadership to community-based organizations to implement an evidence- based prevention intervention in line with the national guidelines.

The incumbent provides technical support in the planning and implementation of high quality laboratory services required for HIV/AIDS care and treatment services, reproductive health, TB and other related and emerging chronic/contagious diseases, will provide support to the design, planning and implementation of laboratory services according to national and international standards and develop guidelines, tools, SOPs and recommendations related to implementation, monitoring laboratory total quality management at ECEWS supported sites and facilities.

The position reports to Senior Technical Advisor – PCT/ Clinical Services (Zonal Team Lead), position has a dotted line reporting relationship to The Laboratory Manager The position regularly interacts with facility staff and the zonal program implementation team as well.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• Valid license to practice as Medical Laboratory Scientist and registration with MLSCN. Must possess four years’ experience in a practical setting.
• Knowledge and experience in the design, implementation and management of laboratory services in HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria and other emerging chronic and contagious diseases preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including database software
• Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Therefore, he or she will guide the drive to achieve set targets through establishment of effective program Monitoring and Evaluation systems at all supported entities in the state, the incumbent will establish and strengthen mechanism for routine tracking and assessment of project outcomes at all supported entities in the state.

Desired Core Competencies:
