Tafawa Balewa's son, Abubakar Tafawa-Balewa has stated that it's unlawful for APC gubernatorial candidate in Rivers State and Business executive Tonye Cole to take photos of young man who told Wole Soyinka to leave his seat in an airplane. 

The Editor-In-Chief of Mode Men Magazine who reacted to the airplane incident that went viral and sparked controversy, stated that the photos were taken to shame the young man. Tafawa Balewa's son who reacted to the story via Facebook where he stated that it is unlawful for Tonye Cole to take photos of young man who told Wole Soyinka to leave his seat in an airplane, wrote;

I feel the guy could sue him if he wants to. Defamation and invasion of privacy is enough.
We need to upgrade our laws to include unjust use of social media for bullying, shaming, projecting ethnic/tribal bigotry etc. Now a days, people just sit in there house and one idiot passer by will just snap you eating in your dinning and boom it has gone viral.

That was my first thought. Especially as the afro-wearing elderly man is a founding father of a cult group. What if some over-exuberant members of his cult decide to attack the tattooed, biceps-bulging young man? Mr Cole, you were wrong for this.

That boy is a reflection of his family.

If things are normal or maybe we are in a saner country, the man in question would have sued Mr Cole for slander and defamation of character.

As far as wole shoyika insulted Goddluck Jonathan when he was in power and he never consider the position or whatever he occupy then, people can never respect him anymore. What ever you saw whether open or secret, you must trap it too. You have lost relevance in this country because you and other political fools brought this mess of APC sufferness in this country. More insult will still come. I hail the young man for his courage jor. After all, we will continue to call a spade a spade.

Taking the photo is a problem in some way going by the ambiguity in section 24 of the Cybercrime prohibition act in Nigeria.
