Please who knows what is wrong that is leading to my small data being drained without any justifiable reasons. This has been going on for sometimes now but the most annoying was the one I managed to subscribe last night when I was already on bed...in other words, I didn't use it for anything only to wake up this morning and see a message that my data remains less than 35mb. Meanwhile, I subscribed 150mb for N200 that lasts for 7days and in less than 12hrs, the data is gone. This is so frustrating. I've called their customer line severally and all I got was they don't interfere (abi) intervene with people's data. What should I do please?

Some apps on your has hidden data charges, that's why it's good to read terms and conditions before installing apps

I think you need to disable a lot of apps you suspect. Just go to settings, then to apps, then select an app and choose disable. It will still be in the phone but will stop working. You won't lose anything in the app at all.

Also, if your has the data saver feature, you need to turn it on. It blocks apps from eating data on background (when you're not actively using them).

Go to your settings and disable background data for most Apps except essential ones and also block completely, those Apps you don't want to be accessing your data at all..
