Since there is not enough commissioner slots, the crying woman Governor has parked all his cronies into one useless committee to deplete government funds.

Its only for 4 years anyway.

Doing what he knows best to do (shifting attention from people's mind about the deplorable state of infrastructure).who brings together a large number of people in the name of reviving the state where it is clear to everyone in the state that infrastructures needs urgent attention.
The so called group first objective will be looting of state fund, which the state governor will do nothing about because they are all his cronies.it's all about settling some aggrieved people and gaining public acceptance.the governor who never had any intentions to develop the state will be pleased about the development, after all he released only 20 or 30 percent of the intended funds.infact it's a win win situation for all.
