pickatyou:Lagos is a slum, they can go and die. Everywhere is filthy, very dirty set of people poo pooing and throwing trash everywhere. Imagine folks dumping trash in the drainage that was constructed recently to channel water in airport road. Imagine beggars in the international airport. Mega slum! Lagos should be leveled, glorified dirty village 3 Likes |

These are the dividends of the Oworonshoki 'Entertainment Hub' Development. Water always wins in the end. I hate to imagine what has happened to that small fishing community sandwiched between the Ogudu swamp and the bridgehead. . . |

Some folks are funny ,why would anyone blame Gov Sanwo for the flood? Has he become a rainmaker or does he have the power to stop nature? |

gabazin080: Leave that for the Engineers to deal with but it's not a time bomb, it's well managed, if not the engineering body would condemned it. All we need is a good drainage system that works well |

Amitez: Dude i am not defending the Government or whatever and the Government should do their job but what i am speaking against is the habit of calling Nigeria names and cursing Nigeria on Social Media. Calling Nigeria all sort of names and cursing the entire nation online wouldn't turn Nigeria to Dubai. Every country have Issues but you don't see the citizens cursing their country or calling it names they will rather speak against the Government. That's how sane people behave 1 Like |

adem30: The sandfilling of that oworo lagoon was the biggest mistake ambode ever made..... The whole area and the people living around there are suffering the after effect. Nature has to find her way. What the government need to do is to construct a big water way in the the sandfilled area so that water coming from lands when it rains will have Channel to escape to the lagoon. 1 Like |
