The best graduating student in civil engineering in ekiti state university got a hundred naira reward from the school. The Twitter handle that shared the story compared the reward to what the BBN winner will get. It's time we celebrate good things in Naija.

After enjoying substantial subsidy in his education, what else does he want?
I am sure the real best graduating student was denied based on allocation of first class arrangement that's rampant in Nigeria school.

Nobody actually coerced them into giving the said student any pecuniary reward. They have indeterminable and boundless leeway and latitude of refraining from rewarding their best graduating student financially. I mean to say that they are not bound by any law to reward their best graduating student financially.
The big question that is hard to answer then is why they have chosen to be stupid? Why are they trying so hard to bring to the notice of the public their gargantuan and elephantine asininty and fatuousness?
Why not encourage this young man with uplifting, inspiring, invigorating and motivating words instead of resorting to this impish, vile and villainous decoy just to strip the intelligent dude off every passion for formal knowledge.
Big time shame.

Pardon me if this stuff is photoshopped
