If anyone has been in the situation or know someone who has, how has that person been able to move on? How does one deal with the nightmares and fresh memories of that come flooding in years later? For how long will I be haunted? How long will I be trapped in those moements? Will I ever find freedom? Please help |

Make peace with yourself and forgive the perp. Its easy to carry guilt but you need to drop it,it was never your fault... If you don't reconcile with your past you'll bleed all over your future. You have all that you need to rise above everything. Make a conscious effort to move on else the backlash you'll get from the trauma will destabilize you.
