Shell recruitment interview involves 2 stages: on-demand video interview (ODVI) and the life video interview.

We offer the best coaching in each of these stages.

Our fee is N15,000 per stage.

The coaching will take 2 steps:

1. A pre-mock: Here, the candidate sends his CV to us in advance and we spend 1 hour with them, reviewing their education and life in general together and areas in the life of the candidate that can be used to tell stories in the interview, to answer competency questions etc. We will help the candidate identify their strong points and stories which will be very valuable in the interview. General tips on video interview and specific tips for Shell video interview will also be shared.

2. The mock: After the pre-mock session, the candidate will be scheduled for a video interview within 24 hours and this will be like the real interview. This will happen online, through any of the online means of interviewing. Our pre-recorded competency-based questions testing Shell's CAR will be sent to the candidate and they will record their response and send back to us. Feedback will then be given to the candidate on the area that needs improvement.

The candidate is then ready for the actual interview.

Same process will be deployed for candidates that make it to the final stage (live video interview) with Shell.
