HOW TO CURE GUM DISEASE

A. Get olive oil, put it in warm water, and rinse your mouth with the mixture in such a way that it will touch every part of your mouth . Repeat the same till you are right.

B. Mix two spoonfuls of khal water into half cup of warm water , add little salt. Then rinse your mouth with always .
C. Mix half tin of of habatu sauda, two spoons of ginger powder , three spoonfuls of lime juice, one cup of water. Then heat it for five minutes . Rinse your mouth every morning with it . Then take a spoonful of honey .
