1. Did you not read where it was stated that they won't be armed?

2. Can insecurity be curbed completely?

3. Salary? Did you not also read where it was stated that it is volunteer work? People who do volunteer for FRSC as special marshal, are they paid. They are recruiting people who are already working and the volunteers should not expect to be paid. Volunteer work is volunteer work.
Thank you for clearing those issues out but I believe you know our country

I don't know how this is going to work out

So it's going to be a volunteering job ❓

No salary ❓

Hmmm

They will make it up from # 50/100 on daily basis, which will be of benefits to them

So they will wear a police uniform without gun.. This is laughable!!! Someone will just subject him/herself to risk just because of the uniform alone..

You forgot about their immunity clause

....and it is not the duty of soldiers to arrest civilians. When it comes to issues of national security, these become matters of minute legal/ constitutional details. The law that provides for State police will accommodate exceptions to serious breaches of National Security. Afterall the lives of ordinary Nigerian citizens is more important than public office held by any particular individual
