Hello everybody, i just bought brand new ZL 10 4g tablet, my sim as been upgraded to 4g but it can only respond to whatsapp but not responding to browsing. It always complaint of connection failure and network setting but the settings was done in mtn office. What can i do now and my returned grace window as expired with jumia. Thanks for your concern,

Second of all, you sure you got data or only social data?

Thanks, am using mtn with 1.5G transfer Data. Even though i also subscripe for weekly whatsapp to test. Also have some data on my airtel and glo but not working.

You don't have 4g coverage in your area. Try another network that has 4g in your area and thank later.

Have you checked network settings, some of those tablets must be set manually and correct for any network to work.

If it was mtn network settings that is there, glo sum can never browse, 9mobile or another Sim can never browse.

Also if the mtn network setting is not correct, it won't browse.

Try opening apps store, if you can open apps store, download another browser to check.

Or use wifi to update browser or download new browser.

Lastly, go to settings and reset the network settings or delete the settings and manually set a new apn.

Ask Google to get the settings for glo, mtn or 9mobile.
