Mr. Previous Owolabi, the Channels TV reporter who was shot during today's Shiites protest in Abuja, is dead, Igbere TV reports. Igbere TV reports that his death was announced during the 10pm news bulletin of the popular Nigerian television station. Channels TV said the late reporter was a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) until his death. We all at Igbere TV use this medium to send our heartfelt condolence to management and staff of Channels TV and the NYSC over the death of Owolabi. May his soul rest in peace.
