20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU STILL ARE BROKE

DAY 1

For the next 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this post will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

*1. You are not hungry*

Show me a man with hunger, I will show you a man that will never be broke in few months to come..

I don't mean physical hunger.

I am talking about a burning desire to do everything it takes (legally) to make money..

If you've followed my work you should know by now that I don't support negative vices.

I don't even support football betting

So when I say hunger, I mean it in all forms of positivity

I mean the ability to trade your last N1,000 for data so that you can watch a YouTube video that will improve your skill

I am talking about people who are awake by 2am consuming ebooks, hard copy books or doing things that are productive for their future..

So many youths are not hungry..kaii They've been spoon fed too much by their parents.

They feel entitled to what their parents have.. They are in school waiting for the money they have to finish so that they can use another means to collect from their parents..

You are a business man and you are not hungry..You are just a Sissy.. You better wake up

Hungry people are never shy to market their products.

Hungry people are never every afraid of promoting their values to others.

In fact, I've never met a shy hungry man!

No hunger... Yes broke-ness..

Yes hunger ..... No broke-ness..

Until I write to you again, I remain your chief value officer (CVO)

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU STILL ARE BROKE

DAY 2

For 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this post will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

**2. You are dabbling**

Dabbling is the spirit or habit of doing too many things at the same time.

It is no longer news that you need a high income skill or a high yielding business to make massive money.

In fact, if you've consumed my contents for a while you must have heard me talk about the importance of high income skills over and over again.. I will talk about it again in one of the points on this series..

But the problem today with most people is that they cannot stay in one place..

The reason most people are broke is because they are not deeply rooted in one thing.

They are scratching the surface in a variety of things.

No depth, No roots.. Just surface ginger!

Today you hear of bitcoin, you run to bitcoin; tomorrow they say mini importation is paying, you've ran to mini importation..

You are just everywhere.. You want to try everything.

You are a scalar quantity, you have magnitude but no direction..

Most people want to know one thing about everything but I tell my students in my personal mentorship class, "Know everything about one thing"

I will repeat it again...Know everything about just one thing first.

If it's Copywriting you want to learn, bury your head and learn it until you become a master..

If it's mini importation, focus on that one..

Just pick one business vehicle and learn it deeply. As I always tell those in my inner circle, No business vehicle is good or bad, we only have good or bad drivers (people)

What that means is, people are making massive money from every business..those who know their onions..

Sir, if you know your onions, you will always eat your suya.

You can't make money doing everything that comes into your mind..

You have to stay focused or you will soon end as a locust..

How can you catch 3 rats at the same time? It's nearly impossible to chase all three and catch them

Pick one skill or business and bury your head into it..

What most people don't know is, the deeper you get inside a business, the more avenues for making money you will get to see just by being inside.

Mastery doesn't happen in one week.. Not even in one month..

Stay on one course. Focus until you see results coming!!

*3. You don't value your time like rich people do*

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 3 of 20

For 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this posts will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

**3. You don't value your time**

Time is life and life is time, that is why it is called lifetime.

What you do with your time determines what you see in your bank account

Why are you online now?

How is it helping your life, money and productivity?

Are you watching a video, are you reading a book or are you just chatting away your precious time!?

See ehn, you have no business doing any stupid chat if you are broke..

Yes I am going to be hard on you! If I have to knock your head, shake it and reset it so that you can succeed, I will do it, because I need to help you get out of this situation.

If you are broke, the only reason you should be chatting online is to increase your sphere of influence, respond to clients or market and promote your products and services.

If you are guy here and you are using your time to chase after girls and your bank account is red, shame on you.. You better wake up and get serious with your life..

And if you are a lady and your own is to watch BB Naija or watch zeeworld or flip through Instagram aimlessly with the hope that one man will come and marry you and dump you in his house with plenty money... Shame on you too. You better wake up too.

Most of you won't like me for this, I am not here to be liked. I am here to push you as your coach. I am not your Chief Value Officer for nothing.

The only thing the rich and the poor all have in equal is 24 hours..

How they use it is what makes the difference..

If you sleep for 8 hours daily, you would have ended up sleeping 121 days out of the 365 days of the year (Do the maths)

121 days of sleep!

Even the Doctors that tell you to sleep 8 hours don't sleep for that long!

Ask any medical student if they sleep for 8 hours. That student will just fail in flying colours.

I've slept for only four hours a day for more than 3 years now. The other extra time has been used for growing my mind by watching valuable Youtube videos, reading countless books and in pursuit of kingdom business.

Will it be hard at beginning.. I bet it will. Your body will resist it but just like every other new habit, it will get used to it.

Am I saying you shouldn't rest well, please rest after you've done productive work.

Sleep is not just for enjoyment, sleep is for regaining strength for more productive work.

You better be hard on yourself or life will be hard on you!

The truth of the matter is, Making money is hard, staying broke is also hard, choose your hard.

In conclusion, rich people spend their time learning how they will increase their wealth, broke and poor people spend time watching BB Naija.

**4. You don't have a high income skill**

This will be taken on Monday.. Stay glued

DAY 4 of 20

For 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this posts will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

**4. You don't have a high income skill**

Most people are broke because they don't have a high income skill. They don't have a skill that can be highly paid for.

A lack of money is not a problem, lack of a high income skill is the major reason most people are broke.

There is a difference between a high income profession (medicine), a high income job (Chevron) and a high income skill (Copywriting)

The first two takes years to acquire, the third can be learnt in months with the right materials and dedication.

I learnt Copywriting in a month but I've perfected it on the job. Because of my hunger, I invested in ebooks I bought for good cash, I was awake watching videos, reading Gary Halbert letters and practicing daily.

Most people have "common" skills, that's why they are highly replaceable.

The easier it is to find your replacement, the less valuable you are.

I repeat..

The easier it is to find your replacement, the less valuable you are.

A gateman can be sacked and replaced at anytime, you can't sack and replace a CTO anyhow.

Do you have valuable and competent skills that can keep people coming back to give you money?

I define a high income skill as one that can make you between N300,000 and above monthly.

We are talking about Copywriting, coding, programming, AI, robotics, data analysis, and the others listed in the image attached.

Stop looking for where to learn chin chin.

Stop looking for skill acquisition programs that are still teaching you how to do moi moi..

Wake up and pick a high paying digital skill.

The problem with most people is that they have an excuse not to learn any high income skill

It will take time.... And so what? You've been broke for a long time..

But I don't have a laptop.. Really, in this age where the mobile phone in your hand has more tech capacity than the first spaceship that took man to the moon?

But I don't know who will teach me... Have you checked YouTube and google for materials?

But I don't have time.. Wait.. I saw you watching BBNaija yesterday, is that not time enough??

Pick one skill..

Bury your head to learning it..

Find foreign clients from freelancing sites like Fiverr and Upwork.

Brand yourself and become so good and people will pay you to learn from you.

When you have a high income skill, you now have financial confidence

Financial confidence is knowing that you have the right skills never to go broke even if everything is stolen from you.

You can bounce back, because your skill can never be stolen from you.

DAY 5 of 20

For 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this posts will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

**5. You don't know how to sell properly**

Most people are broke because they don't know how to sell properly. The are terrible at sales.

They have good products and services but they don't know how communicate the values of their product to the end user

I've said it over and over again, MONEY IS IN THE HANDS OF PEOPLE. Money doesn't come from trees neither is money used by animals.

You see, whatever you want in life is already available. It is in the hands of people already, your duty is to find the right way to collect it.

This means that, money is not created (you don't print money except you work with printing and minting), money is collected.

I repeat..

Money is not created, money is collected...and selling is the avenue for collecting money from the hands of people.

Another point; The money in your hand right now belongs to someone else. Yes, it belongs to that Iya basira you will eat from, it belongs to the keke man, it belongs to Dangote and everyone who has created systems to collect it.

The question you should be asking yourself daily is; who is in the possession of my own money?

Here are some quick tips that will help you sell better.

1. Never start a business because you are broke and in need of money. People smell desperation from afar and will avoid you like a plague.

2. If you CAN show your client or customer that you don't need their money, you will always get their money. Always sell from a point of confidence and value addition.

3. It's not about you, it's about the customer who is buying, stop focusing on yourself and focus on the need of the customer..

4. People buy from emotions and justify with logic. Always find the emotional side of what you sell and talk more about it.

5. Don't focus on the features, talk about the benefits more. A feature is "what it is", a benefit is " what it does".

6. People buy from who they know, love, trust or look up to. If I don't know you, I can't cash flow you. Become a strong brand like the likes of GaryVee, Grant Cardone and Dan Lok. ( Check them on YouTube)

7. I beg you specially, never sell what you cannot buy or you don't believe in. Sell what you believe in and people will see the enthusiasm.

8. Don't be shy to sell or promote your products. Don't be a broke sissy. Broke-ness doesn't know age, colour, gender or shyness. In fact, the world has no place for shy people.

9. Money follows attention. You need to be in the face of your customers by creating content around what you sell. Create posts, videos, audios and give them freely.

10. The best way to sell is not to sell. People want to buy but they hate to be sold to. Eductate them, give them value and suggest your product or service as a solution. That's exactly what Joseph did after he interpreted the dream of Pharaoh in the Bible.

That will be all for today, I hope your got value?

**6. You are not accountable**

DAY 6 of 20

For 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this posts will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

**6. You are not accountable**

When I get to speak to young ministers about money, I always tell them that Anointing does not cover Accounting.

Because money came through anointing does not mean it will not go quick through bad accounting..

You see, the easiest thing about money is spending it. No one needs oil to be poured on their head to know how to spend money. It is so easy even children know how to do it..

A popular Nigerian musician was sang that Money is hard to enter but money is quick to go..

Money is not hard to enter for some of us, but so many others, as easy as it comes, na so e dey go..

The reason most people are still broke is because they don't keep an account of what they spend and they don't even know where their money goes to..

I have a big register where I write my income and expenses (I think there is also an app for it)

Get one for yourself too. For 30 days, write down the source of every money that comes in and where it goes to..

At the end of the 30 day period..

You will see how MTN, Glo and other networks have all built foundation on your head through airtime and data.

You will see how Kilimanjaro, Genesis and the likes are using you to open new branches everyday

You will see the little areas that your money has been going into and you will find ways to block the holes.

Don't get me wrong, I am not against people enjoying themselves but I am totally against people not doing it from a budget.

My mentor T. Harv Eker recommends you have 10% in your play account for doing the things you like.

Hold yourself accountable to make more money..

Hold yourself accountable to save more..

Cut down on your expenses.. Stop spending money you don't have to impress people that don't like you.

Stop trying to prove you are not broke to people who are broke on a broke salary.

Be accountable if you want to eat the vegetable of wealth.. Hehe (Pun intended)

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 8 of 20

Deep appreciation to everyone who wished me well on my birthday yesterday, my God will bless you richly.

For 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this posts will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

**8. You don't have multiple streams of income**

The worst numbers in business and life is 0 and 1.

Never have 0 or 1 of anything that is very important to you.

Anything zero multiplies is zero..

Anything 1 multiplies remains the same..

1 stream of income can fail you..

1 supplier can fail you..

1 plan can fail you.

Start from 2. When you keep multiplying by 2, before you know it, you will hit a million.

Most people have multiple streams of expenses but they don't think it is also important to have multiple streams of income.

Those who have multiple streams of expenses must checkmate it with multiple streams of related income.

Yes, it should be multiple streams of related income if you are getting started. How can you be selling garri and cement in the same shop. They are not related at all.

You can't be jumping from one opportunity to another in the name of multiple streams of income. You are dabbling already.

Multiple streams of related income means you have one income tree that has various branches of income on it.

For example, I started as a Copywriter on fiverr..

Then I began to teach people Copywriting and freelancing..

Then I started helping people approve/ set up their Upwork accounts because they found it hard to do so.

From there I started selling my ebooks on Copywriting

Now I have my own eBook on Copywriting (Copywriting 101)

And when I do have speaking engagements, I speak on freelancing and Copywriting.

Can you see that they are RELATED?

If you truly look deeper into your business, you will see other areas you can be making money from. I assure you it is there..

Some of them come in the form of supplementary businesses.

Basic example; If people buy garri, they will also need sugar, groundnut or kuli kuli.. Hehe

When people buy akara, it is normal for most of them to balance it with Ogi/akamu/pap

If you look well, you will see where you are leaving money on the table.

Even if you have a job, start a side hustle on your phone by doing affiliate marketing, selling information or doing some form of middle man where your presence is not really needed.

Now, when you branch out, it must be Multiple Streams of PASSIVE income.

By passive, it means you don't have to be fully available for it to work.

Even though Dangote is in so many fields, he is just an overseer. He has competent people running his businesses.

He is in the business of managing his businesses.

Those who don't have multiple streams income will always have multiple steams of suffering.

DAY 9 of 20

For 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this posts will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

**9. You are in the wrong circle of friends**

Your income will always be the average of the 5 people you spend your most time with.

Check it.

Your are making a little more or less than your close buddies.

OK not everyone but most people!

Who you follow determines what follows you.

Your association has a big part to play in your acceleration.

That's why you will always see Bill Gates hanging out with Warren Buffet

And you will see Femi Otedola hanging out with Dangote.

They understand this principle.

Do you know that if you hang around millionaire and multi- millionaires for a while you will start seeing millionaire opportunities and taking millionaire actions too?

Works 100% of the time except your village people have located you in the city.

But what do you do when you can't find millionaire friends to hang out with?

Hang out with them on YouTube.

I hang out with Dangote a lot. I've seen most of his interviews and I know a lot about his refinery.

I hang out with other guys like Dan Lok, Dan Peña, Garry Vee, Grant Cordone, Ryan Serhant and Evan Carmichael

I am watching their videos and copying their mindset and actions.

And for most part of the time, I get their kind of results (in smaller scale at the moment)

If you want to fly with the eagles, don't play around with ducks.

If you don't want to remain broke, don't hang around people who are broke.

Rich people discuss ideas and how to make more money, broke people discuss women, betting and BBNaija.

You won't like me but I will always say the truth as it is.

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 10 of 20

For 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this posts will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

*10. You have too many mentors telling you different messages about money**

Lots of persons are still broke because they are listening to conflicting messages on money.

Never take financial advice from your "poor" friend. Poor in mind, habits and actions.

Two blind men cannot lead themselves. Even if they do, they will always end up in the gutter.

Some of you have read too many books and gotten too much information on money. You now have information overload.

One mentor says save 10% of all your earnings until you retire.

Another mentor will tell you to invest all you have into your brand and business as money sitting in a bank is a pile of cash..

Another one will tell you to sit down and meditate and money will come to you.

Different people, different messages. All of them preaching what has worked for them.

It worked for them doesn't mean you must follow all of them.

Some financial mentors are "teaching practice" mentors.

Learn to sieve information and know how to apply the relevant information to your life.

What works in America with all their amenities might not work exactly the same way for you here in Nigeria.

You must learn to sieve and apply relevant information..

You only need to be listening to just two persons in the area of money. Yes, just two.

People who have achieved the kind of results you also wish to achieve and more.

People who do what they say and say what they do.

For me, it is Dan Lok and Grant Cardone. They've both built my habits around money and personal finance.

I still sieve most of their information and apply the relevant ones in my life and country.

Choose your own mentors and eat their brain too.

If people you admire are close to you, volunteer to serve them. What you will learn from service can never be compared to what you will learn on your own.

Some people are working for people they should be serving. As Elisha Mamman puts it best, "never take money from someone who should impart you with grace"

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 11

For the next 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this post will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

*11. You don't have Daily Streams of Income*

The reason why most people are still broke and in debt is because they put so much pressure on their one stream of income which is their salary.

People borrow to live and wait for a salary which cannot take care of their basic needs alone.

Thus, putting financial pressure on themselves month in month out.

Since I encountered the principle of daily income streams, I have been living stress free and worry free of money.

I have received a credit alert daily from January 1st till today. I kid you not. Even Sundays I get alert.

Once you know your monthly income goal, break it into daily income goals and create daily income streams that can cover it.

If your goal is to make N500,000 monthly, your daily income goal will be to make approximately N17,000 daily. That's not a big deal.

There are business opportunities that can pay you money daily. Once you begin to earn daily, your salary becomes a bonus.

One of such opportunity is selling digital information in the form of ebooks, videos, podcasts and other transferable formats.

First, there are a lot of sites where you can compile and sell private label rights ebooks (pdfdrive is one). My first digital product was a compilation of my 10 best ebooks on financial intelligence.

I sold it over and over again. Even till today people still ask for it.

Second, you can write your own eBook and sell. I wrote my eBook Copywriting 101 in less than a week and with the WPS app you can change from word to PDF in seconds.

You don't have to be a master to write a book, you just have to be one step ahead of the crowd.

Another daily income stream is digital trainings. Teaching people by leveraging Facebook, WhatsApp or Telegram.

I still have weekly trainings on Copywriting and Freelancing. I have monthly mentorship trainings. People pay me daily to book access for this trainings.

Freelancing is another way to earn daily income, affiliate marketing is another and having an offline side business is another great source.

Think deep. I won't do everything for you. Look around you..

By all means, have a stream of income that brings in daily income so that it can offset daily challenges.

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 12

For the next 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this post will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

**12. You are not taking prompt action on your ideas**

The reason most people are broke is because they PROCRASTINATE a lot.

Procrastination is a time bomb and it kills ideas faster than anything else.

Once the "ginger" dies down, most people just give excuses and do nothing.

Money follows prompt action. Money runs towards people who are ready to jump on ideas and opportunities very fast.

When the Bible talks about "a little sleep, a little slumber " in Proverbs 24:33-34, it is referring not just to people who sleep too much, it is also talking about people who sleep on opportunities.

For those who don't have a Bible, Proverb 24:33-34 says " Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: *so shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth; and thy want as an armed man"*

Poverty travels and it is a constant guest to the man who fails to take prompt action on opportunities.

Waiting for the right time to do things is suicidal. There no such thing as a right time, you have to seize the time and make it right.

*Sir, if you ever feel ready before you start anything, you've started way too late.*

Most people are suffering from analysis paralysis.

We analyse our ideas to the point of paralysis..

We want everything to be so perfect.

We are waiting for all the traffic light to turn green before we move.

It doesn't always work that way.

You must get set with the most vital information, start and you correct on the way.

"And what if I fail" you may ask?

What if you succeed!!

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

.

DAY 13

.

For the next 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this post will change your mindset for good.

.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

.

*13. You are spending your money on negative addictions**

.

Most people are broke because they spend their money on negative addictions. No matter how much they make, these addictions just swallow their money.

.

I am talking about football betting, alcoholism, womanizing, excessive gaming, drugs and other negative addictions that has plagued a lot of people.

.

When I was in the university, I was addicted to football betting.

.

I was making some money writing projects, term papers and business plans but I was always broke because I wanted to multiply it through football betting.

.

One day I had just N200 on me and I had not eaten that day. Any normal person would use it to eat right? Haq haq, you dunno whas goin on. I used it to bet and I lost it.

.

That's how deep negative addictions can go. When it comes to choosing between logic and these addictions, the addictions will always win.

.

It is very hard to be productive at your work when you are weighed down by negative addictions.

.

Most of you borrow money and remain in deep debt to fund these addictions.

.

One effective way to stop any negative addiction is by reducing the frequency at which you do it. Trying to stop it immediately sometimes can lead to withdrawal symptoms which can make you go back to it.

.

Cut all negative addiction triggers. What you don't feed won't grow. Stop feeding your addiction by hanging out with friends that make you go back to it.

.

I also advice that you find a counsellor or close friend who can help keep you accountable. For me, it was a spiritual father.

.

Nothing can take me back to football betting again. Any money I can't make with my brain and skills, I don't want it.

.

I am much more confident and 10 times better than I used to be. Its been more than 3 years, I don't remember the last time I was broke.

.

See, wealth is not all about just money. Wealth is a person. Wealth is being sound in mind and actions.

.

Wealth is being able to live to your highest and truest self.

.

Money is just a part of wealth. True wealth is LIFE.

.

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 14

For the next 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this post will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

**14. You value events over process**

Most people are broke because the value events over process.

They are chasing money instead of chasing the work they need to do.

Process is what you do, events are the results of what you do.

People who are broke are always looking for shiny opportunities where they would make money. They don't want to hear work at all.

You see them in opportunities like loom, and before you hear boom, they are already in doom. (Clap for me, hehe)

Process requires work. You see, the only substitute for hard work is a hard life.

It is good to work smart o, but add hard work to it and you will be flying in wealth.

There are many things I can't control, working hard isn't one of them. Hardwork has never killed anyone before.

You see champions like Christiano Ronaldo, first to come to training, last to leave.

Kobe Bryant, first to come, last to leave.

Olympic champions, all practicing 10-12 hours daily.

No one sees the process. We are more interested in their exploits on the field. It doesn't work that way.

Christiano scores a hatrick, you call him the G.O.A.T (Greatest of all time)

Tiger woods makes a comeback, you clap for him.

What you see on the scene is a function of the process behind the scene.

Never study a man's results, study his process. Study what he does daily.

Money follows who you become. And process is what makes you become a man money can follow.

Settle down and be trained. If you pick a skill, your goal shouldn't be to make money in the first two months.

Follow me..

Your goal should be to go through the process and understand it as much as you can so that when the money comes, it will never stop.

When the cloud is full, the rain has no choice but to fall!

Don't look at people's result (events) find out the work (process) they are doing!

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 15

*15. You don't understand magnitude and scale**

Broke people start their business with a very small mindset.

Whatever a broke man starts, he is only thinking of his stomach and how he can feed himself.

Rich people are different. We start businesses with scale and magnitude in mind.

Scale is the number of people you reach (quantity) while magnitude is the value you add to this number of people (quality)

When a rich man starts a business, his goal is always to reach thousands, millions and billions of people. He is thinking expansion, leverage, franchise and distribution.

When a broke man starts a business, his goal is to satisfy his stomach and pay bills. He is a Bill Gate that pays his bills at the gate.

Sir, you cannot have a million people buying your product and you are still broke. Even if the profit is N5, that's an easy N5 million.

You see, the easiest way to become a millionaire by scale is to offer your product to a lot of people.

Let's do the maths...

N500 product x 2,000 people = 1 million naira.

N1,000 product x 1,000 people = 1 million

N5,000 product x 200 persons = 1 million

N10,000 product x 100 persons = 1 million

N100,000 product x 10 persons = 1 million (This is now magnitude)

Magnitude involves quality.

N500,000 product x 2 persons = 1 million.

N1,000,000 product x 1 person = 1 million.

Product here also covers projects and other service based businesses.

Scale alone can make you a millionaire..

Magnitude alone can make you a millionaire..

But when you combine scale and magnitude, this is what makes you a billionaire..

See a quick example.

N100,000 product (magnitude) x 10,000 customers (scale) => 1 billion.

See how I've made making a billion easy.. Lol.

We've totally left the realm of being broke and we are talking billions now.. Hehe

To escape the community of brokes, rewire your mindset to offer your product to more people and increase the value of what you are offering so that you it can have more magnitude..

*16. You are not thinking in dollars*

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 16

For the next 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this post will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

*16. You are not thinking in dollars*

If you think you have money, convert it to dollars.

1 million naira in dollars is just $2,777.7 (Using $1 = N360)

Can you see that a millionaire in naira is just a 4 digit thousandnaire in dollars?

Wait a minute..

Do you know what a million dollar is in naira?!

Three hundred and sixty million naira! (N360,000,000) kaii..

And 10 million dollars is 3.6 billion naira! Wawu!

I just want to shift your mind a little.. I want you to start setting your goals in dollars.

I want you to stop thinking like a local citizen and start thinking global.

Your wealth is not dependent on Nigeria's economy, with the right skill set, you can be earning multiple thousand dollars from the comfort of your home in Nigeria.

Everything is not Buhari..

As a freelancer, I have lots of clients from all over the world. USA, UK, Canada.... Buhari can't touch me.

The world has never been this connected with the advent of the internet and mobile devices.

There are still lots of foreign sites that accept Nigerians on their platfom and pay us in dollars.

Freelancing sites like fiverr and Upwork will accept you provided you have a skill to offer.

Payoneer still allows us to withdraw our dollars to naira. Stop crying over Paypal.

Change your financial goals to dollar value. See how small it has become?

Now start looking for ways to earn in dollars.

$1,500 a month might look small for an American, N540k is not small money for me here in Nigeria o.

You don't need to be in Dallas to earn in dollars. (Use a Ghanian accent for better results)

*17. You are sitting on money**

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 17

For the next 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this post will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from forthcoming book..

*17. You are sitting on money**

So many people are broke because they are sitting on money they should use for building their brand or growing themselves in the name of fixed deposit.

Like I always advice people, if you have anything below 10 million naira, you don't have any business doing any fixed deposit that will be bringing in less than 10%.

Whats the 10% of N300,000? 30k. Is that worth staying for over a year for?

Instead of sitting on money in the name of fixed deposit, *deposit that money into yourself and fix your life.*

Use the money to learn a high income skill.. A skill that can earn you between 300k and 1 million+ monthly.

We are talking about high income skills like Copywriting, programming, digital marketing, robotics, Artificial Intelligence.. Et cetera

Use the money to improve your skills through trainings, seminars and books.

Invest in yourself and increase your earning ability so that you never go broke again.

Sir, the best investment you can ever make is the investment in YOURSELF.

Your money can only grow to the extent that you decide to grow.

When you expand yourself, your money expands too.

It is painful to see money lying in the bank doing nothing.

People playing the money game on the defence. Always afraid to lose it.

You don't win the money game on the defense, you need to keep attacking.

You need to be creating attention. People need to hear about you and your business.

MONEY FOLLOWS ATTENTION. If people don't know you, they can't cashflow you!

Stop sitting on money and get it to work.

You must work hard for your money and then allow your money to work hard for you.

*18. You don't understand how to use leverage properly*

20 UNCOMMON REASONS YOU ARE STILL BROKE

DAY 18

For the next 20 days, I will share 20 reasons you are still broke and what you can do about it. You may not be broke but the lessons you will pick from this post will change your mindset for good.

These are excerpts from my forth coming book.. Book Pre order starts tomorrow..

*18. You don't understand how to use leverage properly*

If there is one thing the rich understand and use that broke people don't, it is leverage.

When you understand leverage, it is almost impossible to be average.

Let me use this basic example to explain leverage.

Which is easier to do? Carrying 5 bags of cement on your head or carrying it with a wheelbarrow? Wheelbarrow right? Good..

By using the wheelbarrow, you are leveraging on a machine. You are doing more work with less energy.. That's leverage.

Leverage is simply using minimum efforts to get maximum results. Using minimum energy for maximum outcome.

You can leverage on other people's Time, Resources, Business, Audience, Money.. Name them.

If for example I know a social media influencer who has an audience I want to sell to, I can leverage on him by doing a sponsored post or doing a free class and selling at the end..

At 16, after making my first six figures, I leveraged on my Mum's business by selling what she wasn't selling.

You can leverage on your church..

You can leverage on a big supermarket around your area..

You can leverage on a university around you..

You should be leveraging on the internet.. Nothing has connected the world like the internet has.

If you give uncle Mark $5 for facebook ads, you will reach more people than if you had printed flyers to share around.. That's leverage.

Leverage on the information people already know.. There is Google and YouTube for that.. No one can afford to be a dummy with all the information already available now.

You don't have to start from scratch, use the information available on the internet and minimise your mistakes.

The conclusion of the matter is, if you are not using leverage, you will always end up average.

*19. You are too stingy to pay for valuable information that will help you*

This will be taken tomorrow.. Stay glued
