Why she went after a teenager? Was her husband in the know, and why? Has she a history of going after teenagers? If not why now?

I can't just figure her husband could be the cause of her going after a 13 years old minor. Even if she's been starved of sex by her husband or just promiscuous it mustn't be with a 13 years old teenager.
You can argue she might be sick mentally not say her husband could be the reason
