I suggest Nigeria banker should work on seven hours shift. Its better a banker dismisses from office by 2pm and earn 60% of his usual salary. a situation where a man will work for twelve hours everyday including Saturday is not a way of helping Nigeria as a country. Working from early morning till late in the night is not good style moreover is abuse of labour.
More so if theres shift there will be about 80% staff will be employ, there will be more employment of a graduate.

How about them working 8 hours and receiving the same (100%) salary. They are overworked at the moment.

I totally agree with this but not necessarily in the bnking sector alone since banks do not open to the public after 5.00pm
This should be implemented in manufacturing and service industry
it will be good for health and safety, quality and create more jobs for people

this should be in the career section
