Tech giant Google has announced the 2019 edition of Doodle for Google Contest. As part of the contest, Google is inviting students from class 1 to class 10 to create Google Doodle for this year’s Children’s Day.

The theme for the 2019 edition of Doodle for Google contest is “When I grow up, I hope….”. Contestants can use clay, graphic design or even food to create a doodle. Like all Google Doodles, each doodle must incorporate the letters G-o-o-g-l-e. The contest is open for entries from August 1 and can be submitted by clicking on https://doodles.google.co.in/d4g/

Submissions for this year ends on September 30, 2019. Winner of the Doodle for Google contest will be awarded with Rs 5,00,000 college scholarship and Rs 2,00,000 technology package for their school/non-profit organization.
Additionally, the winning doodle will be showcased on Google Google’s India homepage on 14th November 2019.

How to submit a doodle

Follow these steps to submit a doodle:

1. Download and print the entry form to get started
2. Doodle on the entry form: Students can create their doodles using any coloring materials they want on top of the of the printed entry form.
3. Write Description on the Entry form.
4. Doodle description – Write a statement to tell more about what you have drawn and how it represents something that you hope for.
5. Fill out the rest of the required information and sign the entry form.
6. Submit the filled entry form.
7. Submit your Doodle online and Enter the contest.
8. You can either upload the Doodle to Google site as a .jpg or .png or ourier them.
