Am about to start gyming because I wanna change my skinny physique. But some people around me saying am just gonna waste my money and time simply because gym can't help in anyway, that I need to get fat a little before gyming can really show. Is this true? Who had gone through this process before should enlighten me on this |

That is soo true,i had wasted time gyming thinking I would get fat,after gyming for six month without anychange I resorted to eating lyk a hippo but the fat was automatically converting into muscle.Eat first before gym. |

Not just increasing the amount of food increase number of times you eat big amount of food.eg eat like 6 times a day and food for three.somtin lyk dat.if your belle burst no b me o.eat with sense. |
