Why Is Internal Bleeding Responsible For Several Deaths In Nigerian Hospitals? by McSterling(m): 6:18am On Aug 20, 2019
Just yesterday I received the sad news of the death of a 19 year old. She was hit by a bike and had been admitted in a hospital for some days. She had been recovering but suddenly her stomach began to swell and she passed away shortly after. This is just one of many. Remember C.D. John the comedian? He died from internal bleeding in a Nigerian hospital. One of the biggest tragedies I personally know of resulted from internal bleeding.

This killer called internal bleeding seems to kill people whether or not they've been admitted in a hospital. Is it that we lack the equipment to check for internal bleeding? Is it too difficult to treat? Or is it just negligence on our part? I just can't wrap my head around this. How can we be negligent about something that kills people consistently? If that poor 19 year old girl had been checked, perhaps she'd still be alive now.

Doctors and medical practitioners in the house, I'll really like to have your take on this. Thanks.
