You're either having the Holy spirit ,or not.
You're filled with the Holy spirit when you're genuinely sanctified & experience the Holy ghost baptism,or you're not filled at all.
The bible stated over & over again how any sincerely sanctified person is filled with the Holy spirit.
Mary did not get filled any better with the Holy spirit than any person that's sanctified & have consecrated him/she self for God.
