Hello. I own a Jumia store and I recently decided to carry out dropshipping because I no longer want to hold inventory. So I went on research found out a platform called Chinabrands that was perfect for what I wanted. They sync my orders perfectly and all.

But now I wasn't able to find out if they collect payment on delivery on behalf of the dropshipper and now I've got an order and not quite sure how to go about fulfilling it.
