OK, so basically infinx 6 pro froze completely for a solid 12 hrs straight before the battery finally died out.
During the period in its frozen state I couldn't use the phone at ALL, I tried smashing the power and volume buttons but the system wouldn't crash so I had to wait for the battery to die out and it took almost 15hrs before it finally started charging.

What could be the cause of this?

And, yes I'm planning on buying a new phone after this odd behavior.

Second time it's happening.
