don't know for teachers

But Gambia is a calm country

the dalaai country cheesy

quite a couple of Nigerians are lecturers in their only university
some are also teacher's

Gambia is not a place to accumulate wealth tho as the economy is very small

It's just for those who want a calm life away from the madness of Nigeria or wherever they coming from.

so if one's goal os to accumulate wealth
Gambia is not the place

Sincerely, don't think of it. The country can't afford to pay well. Most the university lecturers are from nigeria. Nigerian govt pays their salaries. Country is poor. Depends on aid from all countries. Other teaching jobs pay less than nigeria payscale or same. The teachers in gambia survive with extra coaching. The ball is in your court
