If a multi national firm like glo can't run adequate QC then they should pay. I hope to buy more sims so I can establish a pattern beyond reasonable doubt

Oh! Actually I did. The issue was the browsing speed. So I just shared the sub to my previous sim. I doubt if I could win such a case in Nigeria considering the number Of SANS glo has.

Send a msg to Glo Nigeria on Twitter and ask Dem to provision ur sim for 4G. New Sims are no longer provisioned by default, you have to contact customer care.

The glo sim you bought is 4G but unfortunately Glo is using one useless band that is not compatible with most 4G phones they are operating on a high band but recently they have started deploying lower band in Abuja so be patient even me I hate them because they are stealing by tricks

Now I'm replying to the post telling him that the sim is 4G but because glo is operating on higher band which most phones don't have such band on the device, if the poster is reading this post look for Techno Camon 11 pro to test the sim you will see 4G appear, this is base on experience, I have a techno J8 which is 4G and works with MTN, Airtel and Ntel but doesn't show 4G when I put Glo sim despite buying a glo 4G sim so I went to glo, from the gate someone told me that glo is higher band than all networks in Nigeria that I need a bigger phone so I went and bought infinix hot 6 pro same problem glo 4G will not show so I decided to do research where I discovered that most phones we use don't have such band that glo deployed but currently glo have started deploying lower band and I have started seeing the 4G in Abuja below is image showing various band use by Mobile internet providers

While other network use between band 3, 5, and 8 glory is using 28

Infinix of this model don't have band 28 so your phone will not experience the glo 4G

What mistake. I'm currently using the bonus since I shared the data with my old 4g sim and I'll continue such till the 6 months elapse, then I'll toss the sim and buy another. What's the crime there? Is it my fault that they giving bonus or don't I duely sub to receive them?
