The Role
You will work directly with the Head of Operations to help build and scale revenue operations in a Startup environment. You will directly impact how the company adopts its product, pricing, customer success, and go to market strategy for scale.
Cool things you’ll do:
 Assist with creating and executing digital communications and marketing campaign.
 Communicating with clients and managing customer relationships.
 Develop and implement reporting to track key metrics and quickly identify problematic trends.
 Ensure internal and external documentation is current and thorough.

 Content writing skills.
 Good telephone etiquette.
 Great personality and an up-for-anything attitude.
 Thorough, organized, and process-oriented to the extreme.
 Customer-focused mindset with tech and process savviness.
