Anyone with a third class degree won't be allowed to become a lecturer, even in Nigeria....even with connections so to speak.

Especially in the older universites.

Second class upper or first class is it.

The students thrown out are there to consume knowledge. They have paid for that class. That lecturer has a responsibility and duty to impart that knowledge.

We give lecturers and teachers in govt owned schools too much respect. The students paid school fees, the service the lecture is to render would be paid for. When students realize this, they will begin to check the excesses of some these sadists in our campuses. Enough of all this victimisation, why didn't he bring his own copy?
