To succeed online, you need patience, perseverance, and a willingness to learn new things. Also stick to one thing and don't keep hopping from niche to niche just because you see other people making it there. You'll end up wasting too much time without achieving much.

We Need a Serious Investor Looking to Grow His Wealth Naturally and Legally.

Before I explain what this is all about, I want to make the following notes:

1. This may look like a scam at the beginning. But if you are patient enough to read to the end, I am sure you will confirm that it cannot be a scam even if you are not interested.
2. This is an investment proposition that will earn you N15 million within 24-months or less if you put in N1.5 million in investment capital. There is 0% risk for you and a 98% chance you will earn the N15 million. Read on to see how you will never lose your money.

You are being proposed to put up capital for an IT business that will provide services for clients worldwide. There is a N4 million in assets as collateral for your N1.5 million investment. You will be required to travel to Taraba State where these assets are located. You will meet my family (parents, brothers and sisters) at the family house, which is one of the collateral assets; so that you are sure I will not vanish with your money. You will come with your lawyer or hire one when you arrive, or even security if you feel unsafe. Legal procedure will be followed during the agreement with the necessary documents for collateral assets, witnesses and signatures. I have talked this over with my father and he has so much faith in this company I am trying to build. He is currently a pensioner with the State Ministry for Land and Survey, Taraba State. His pension salary is N80K and his gratuity is yet to be paid, something between 4 – 5 million naira. All this should satisfy you that we are genuine, and mean business. You get all your money back if something goes wrong. Most likely nothing will go wrong.

I need to make something clear. I am not offering you a lifetime partnership. The reason is that you will not be taking any risks. Secondly, partnerships have problems of trust in the long run – something I want to avoid at all cost. But I am offering you a huge financial reward should this business succeed, which it most likely will. Another thing is that you get the N15 million only when the business is running – which it most likely will, otherwise you get your money back. This is a risk my family and I have decided to take.
The business will be based outside Nigeria, but in Africa. The reason is that Nigeria has a bad image internationally. Trust by clients is very important for its success. Addressing it to Nigeria will make trust very difficult to build.

FULL DETAIL OF IMPLIMENTATION WILL ONLY BE DISCLOSED IN A FACE-TO-FACE MEETING.

A website will have to be built. It will have complex functionality to be able to handle high traffic and payments, with top notch security. I have a good programmer friend who can build this. He estimates two months to build that kind of website. The cost will be around N350K because he will need additional helping hands with the coding and designs. Then there will be the hosting fees, computers and gadgets, several software, office rent and furniture, running cost, two or three staff, visa and travel fees, residence permits, and accommodation. By my estimate this will cost around N700K. Finally, I will have to do some free advertising intensely through social media, guest blogging, and referral programs. I may require the services of a freelancer to help with this.

So when should you expect to start getting returns and just how much will I remit every month? Well, it will take two months to get the website up. Another one month to test is thoroughly for bugs and other factors. International passports and visas will take another one month. Residence permits will also take a month. Finally, I will dedicate two months to intense advertising. So it means 7 months after you invest in the business I will start sending you returns through Western Union or MoneyGram. My estimates is to send at least N300K every month until the N15 million limit is met. This means you will be able to recover your N1.5 Million capital within 5 months! All other subsequent payments will just be profits! It will most likely be complete in less than a year.

You may wonder why I am writing about this business with such confidence. Well, that is because I conducted a detailed market research, competitor analysis, and consumer study, for the service I plan to offer. I discovered there is almost zero competition and the demand for this service is high. If you can offer a global service online that solves even one problem, and you know how to reach your target customers, then you are rich for life. The service my business will offer is a very difficult task, requiring both hard and smart work, lots of advertising, and efficient operation. But it can be done, and I have found a way to do this. All I need now is the capital. Everything has been planned to the end.
Every business has a risk. I will discuss the risks involved and plans to overcome each one. You will agree with me that the risks are so minimal it will be crazy to give up the idea. On the other hand, you will find the chances of success are so high it will be insane not to grab the opportunity.

I cannot discuss any further details about this business in the open, for obvious reasons. You can ask your questions when we meet. If you are interested in this offer, or you have a better one, please drop me a message at: henngwah@gmail.com or kugamy@tutanota.com or 08163213164. I prefer email because it is more reliable and I check it regularly. I should respond within two days. If you do not receive a reply within two days, it means I have found an investor. I will try to respond though, but I may not pay much attention to my mail. Whatever the case, you shouldn't send me another email after the first one. I will not answer most questions until I meet you face-to-face. Our communication will focus on how, when, and where we are going to meet.

Thank you for reading this far. Success to all Nairalanders.

You cannot use a family house as collateral for a personal loan.

If the prospects of this business are as good as you claim why have you not gone to the bank to take a loan?

Since the family house is worth N4million I would suggest you adopt a Sale and Leaseback option :- Put it in the market as a distress sale at a price of N3million - Use 500K from the sales proceed to pay rent to the buyer for 1 year, invest N1.5 million in your business then keep N1 million for contingencies.

Thereafter you may use part of the returns of N15 million to repurchase the family house or a new and bigger one

Thanks for the suggestion. The problem with taking a loan is that it is forbidden by my faith. I would rather wait ten years to save the amount I need than take a loan. If I wanted a loan I would have got it long ago.

Your second suggestion is even better. Finding a buyer with the present economic state is very difficult. Besides I do not think my family will stand for the gossip and publicity that will ensure should it get known that our house has been sold.

I still think finding an investor is the best option. I think if enough people saw this post, someone will be interested. Many people have money lying around in the bank even though they would want to invest it in something promising. The country's economy is so bad, investing in any new venture in Nigeria is almost guaranteed to fail, or at least witness very slow growth.

Thank you anyway for the suggestion. I can save up to N1.5 million from my freelancing work, but it will take almost two years to get there. This will be my last option if I can't find an investor. But I think I will.
