A friend of mine in the diaspora is trying to sell a plot of land
in Amuwo odofin size is about 970sq meters( in a govt scheme).
The land in question is not too far from Durban hotel. my question
is: How much should he market this land? What is the market rate
of standard plot of land in that area? please any advise/comment
will be appreciated.
