Leading makers of Playstation, Sony, in a recent statement revealed that many of their gamers have actually been calling the ”X” on their game console by the wrong name.

Sony carried out a poll via it social media platform recently and the result showed that 81% of gamers pronounce the ”X” on their console as they would the letter.

However, the top game maker in a shocking revelation declared that majority of their fans are actually pronouncing it wrong.

Sony stated that gamer should call it the “Cross” button instead.

“ If Cross is called X (it’s not), then what are you calling Circle?”, Sony questioned.
However, popular game makers like Xbox and Nintendo pronounce ”X” on their console as the letter.

it's always be and will be only X, just X =)

If they want to corrects fans they should rewrite the label as "cross" then. The cross I know looks more like + than x.
