POSITION: PHARMACIST IN CHARGE: Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including budgeting, achievement of business objectives, and minimizing idle time.
Focus on customer needs and satisfaction, ensuring customers are provided World Class Customer Service through use of best practices on OTC and Rx medications
Must ensure productivity and profitability of the pharmacy to its maximum
Design and implement programs to increase the footfalls of the location.
Respond to telephone calls and fill all prescriptions ordered.
Supervise and monitor the entire inventory for accuracy using inventory software
Identify opportunities to add value to customers by suggesting varied sale items benefiting customer.
Must be able to meet sales targets and understand profit and loss statement
Managed and resolved any customer conflicts or complaints
Update his/her pharmacological knowledge and solve patient/customers inquiries
Identify service gaps and implement mitigation strategies to improve service.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators to drive decision making and ensure service excellence.
Routinely monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with team member
Requirement:

Minimum of B.Pharm
Community pharmacy experience
Minimum of 2years experience
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An analytical mind with good problem-solving skills
Ability to think outside the box
Social media savvy
Excellent customer service skills
