I know this is quite a confusing question to some people but what do you think is the answer, or what reasons could it be for you to do NYSC twice..

You can't serve twice. If you like attend 100 different universities

Knew a guy back then, studied engineering at Yabatech, then Mathematics at Unilag , his service for Yabatech came first cause he had a headstart, it was at bauchi,in one remote village, the guy had to abscond, fully aware he had another shot at service,coming from Unilag.
He was again posted to akwaibom, that was where i met him in the year 2010. He had a successful service year.
If not that he first one failed, there would have been no reason to attempt the second one, i mean when there is real money to be made outside.The big flaw observed is that their database is poor.
The biometrics capture started when?

According to the law, you are obligated to do NYSC once. It does jot matter how many times you decide to study undergraduate courses.
