I was trying to make enquiry about the present state of tstv on Twitter because I was fed up with dstv exploitation but I saw pipul tv and their mouth watering packages. I even read they are set launch on 1st of October. But why am I just seeing this for the first time not even on nairaland... Perhaps they are trying to avoid going the way of tstv..
