I have a bro who has a small lump on his hands and wants to get rid of it. My question is now which department would he visit in an hospital to get this done and how much would it cost(like a rough estimate or range of price) to have it done in a federal teaching hospital or any hospital |

If its benign lump, you wont spend more than 50k. |
