Remember the president/North wants the water way out of the states to go to federal for their easy control so for now he did not give the appointment to a northerner but a Southerner who will easily sell out to pay for the position given to him. If you handover the waterways for out of foolishness after the States have refused, may the god of water ask you. They put south in a position when they want to use them, after they get it they dump them or use them as slaves that they have shown to be. Fools.
