Someone is narrating to me, how a drunk police officer hit his car, beat him up, shot at him and missed, vandalized his car, had him arrested and still went away with his car key.

Even the police heirachy wont allow room for police reforms cos all they love is to collect egunje, while mr certificateless one doesnt give a hoot either...na only him own family egunje concern am.

His own family egunje plus snapping pictures up and down. He is satisfied with the idea of entering plane ✈ and travelling to different countries while his comrades in power loot the ministries.

Down here � in Benin City, it is rumoured that the police stations DPOs usually give their patrol teams targeted money to remit to their office each day. Since no one is check-mating their activities, its now a lucrative business to them.

Imagine from oluku to new Benin having upto 4 check collection points (Okhoro junction, Ediaken junction, Uniben maingate/Estate junction and Ighosa area). At ₦100 per commercial bus driver, that is ₦400 per day. Multiply it by 700 buses and check the maths. Appropriately One million naira every 4 days goes to the DPOs pockets.

But a day of reckoning is coming when the people will revolt and it is the innocent police officers who have been upright all this years that will then pay with their lives. Let me just wish them Rip in advance.
