A reputable law firm in Ikoyi is urgently in need of a female front desk officer:

Job role:
Answer inquiries about company.
Answer phones, operate a switchboard and route calls to specific people.
Greet visitors warmly, make sure they are comfortable, call persons waiting for visitor and book them a waiting room to meet in.
Prepare conference rooms for meetings.
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Coordinate mail flow in/out of office and send email/faxes.
Collect and distribute parcels and post mails.
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, clerical duties and coordinate reception activities.
Take and relay messages from clients and employees.
Update appointment calendars and schedule follow-up appointments.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills:
Must have excellent telephone and computer skills.
Must be innovative, engaging, outspoken, smart, empathetic and caring.
Must be professional with an excellent verbal communication.
Must be able to prioritise a varied workload.
Work methodically and pay attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
Must be highly organised, proactive, and collaborative.
Able to work with business sensitive information.
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Customer service oriented with the ability to listen, understand and respond to client wants and needs.

Requirement:
HND/BSc. Holder with 1-2 years experience.
Not more than 28 years of age.
Computer literate.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suites and outlook.
Female preferably for gender balance, with a great dress sense.
Must reside in Ikoyi or within its environs.
