Every year, we make new make New Year resolutions, just like we also did at the beginning this year 2019, but how many of us have fulfill our resolutions as the year gradually comes to an end?

The truth is that, 92% of us start out with good intentions to change something about ourselves and fail spectacularly.
Though, none of us intentionally set out to fail. So, why is it so difficult to succeed in changing ourselves for the better?

Nothing will change if we don’t deliberately endure the pain of change.
No pain, no gain is the rule of life.
We often give up our goals because they are stressful. When we start something new, especially if it is a difficult task, we experience decreased happiness in that moment and lower levels of enjoyment, because difficult task or hardwork stretch us beyond our present capacity. But later, when you look back, you feel happy and satisfied with what you’ve accomplished.

Research suggests that you need to go through temporary stress to reap the benefits associated with increased competency.
For us to achieve anything great in life, we either endure THE PAIN OF LEARNING, else we will face THE PAIN OF REGRET.

If you refuse to work harder/smarter now to save for your old age………”THE PAIN OF LEARNING”
You will suffer at old age ……………………………………………………………………”THE PAIN OF REGRET”.

If you refuse to learn a new skill now or develop yourself ……. “THE PAIN OF LEARNING”
You could miss the opportunity of a better job………………….. “THE PAIN OF REGRET”.

So, either ways, PAIN is involve, but the ball is in your court to choose THE PAIN OF LEARNING or THE PAIN OF REGRET.
