The power evacuation capabilities of our transmission stations are severely hindered by the gross neglect/lack of maintenance of the downstream distribution sub sector. The downfall of the unbundling of the power sector means, private entities now saddled with the distribution sub sector have ready made excuses for why and how they can't manage power |
