One Nigerian UK PhD student once told his professor/supervisor, that he wants to write a paper on how much cash/wealth is generated by UK universities FROM Nigerians paying to study there.... Visa, school fees, everything. .

That breaking down part is how UK people do. If you watch any of their "exposing this and that, Reality Show this/that" the person will add that crying part.

There is a difference between being a graduate and being educated. To me, she is more educated than millions of graduate out there.

Our education is meant to solve societal problems. If your education has never been used to solve deep and serious societal problem, even if you are a PhD holder, you are not educated in my own book.
